What information do we collect?
When contact information is provided through various online forms on our website, this data is stored directly in our internal CRM system. This data can be accessed by members of our sales and marketing team for the sole purpose of facilitating the inquiry made through the online form. We never allow our CRM system to be accessed by any external agencies or individuals. We also never use this information to send mass-marketing emails. We’re a people-centred company and we think our one-to-one approach reflects that. We just prefer to get to know you as an individual!

Google Analytics is one of the most common cookies found on the internet. It is used to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. We also use this data to measure conversions made through Google AdWords Campaigns, LinkedIn Advertising Campaigns and trackable direct links to our website featured on other websites. The information collected by Google can include ‘service provider’ and ‘network domain’ data, which in some circumstances may identify the organisation’s website details that accessed our site, but never the exact individual browsing the site. This information is automatically deleted as per Google Analytics’ policy on storing data.
If you don’t want to be tracked or to use these cookies you can follow various instructions online to disable cookies from being used on your web-browser.
